Our flying turtle will have a world map to explore. The question that concerned us most was how to make a map with fog of war without compromising the flow of the game. Laurent, our unity programmer, has come up with a clever way to make the fog. I’m still not sure if I’m going to use fog in Worms style (that war game between worms) or if I’m going to use sprites that disappear when there is a very large collision.
